STAFF MEETINGS
We close the practice for staff meetings by restricting appointments for the morning and turning the phone to "answerphone" for about two hours. We thank you for your patience and cooperation as we spend this time discussing important customer and client service issues, developing practice protocols, resolving "housekeeping issues", as well as undertaking staff training and development. We also invite visiting speakers to present information on new products and procedures to our meetings. If you as a client would like any issue (either positive or negative) raised at a practice meeting please ask a member of staff and provide details if appropriate. We welcome the opportunity to learn from you and improve our services.
